Its OK not to be OK!

As mental health awareness week draws to a close, the issues affecting people won’t be.

The COVID Pandemic has brought extra challenges to some people ranging from isolation from friends and family, to job loss and worrying about where the next meal is coming from.

If you’re struggling with your mental health or think you know someone who is, some of the support below may be able to help. Talking to someone could be the start of feeling better.

Find a local NHS urgent mental health helpline (England only) - 24 Hour

SHOUT 85258 - Anonymous text support service - 24 hour

Samaritans - To talk about anything that is upsetting you - Call 116 123 - 24 hour
